1.TOURS AND ORGANIZED LODGING
Itineraries will be made with the passengers and with great care, although. It may be necessary to change the order of the activities in the itinerary due to operational reasons or unavoidable problems such as: natural disasters, social problems, strikes, etc. Transportation, as well as the operators in the area to be visited, may be completely paralyzed and affected for these reasons. In these unexpected cases, the operations’ office will work on the changes together with operators and passengers.
2. VALIDITY OF EVENTUALITIES
Changes causing modifications may occur, such as for example: airport taxes or tourist services in general. If the modifications create an increase over 10% of the amount accorded, the passenger may cancel his reservation without any penalties, but only if he/she sends a written notification to the Llachon - Santa Maria Association within 48 hours of having been notified. Otherwise, it will be understood that the passenger agrees on the modifications.
3. CONTRACTED TOURS
Reservation Modifications
Any modifications solicited by the passenger must be made at least 15 work days (individual passengers), 30 days (groups) before the beginning of their trip. Otherwise, the Llachon - Santa Maria Association reserves the right to accept or decline the modifications solicited according to the availability of the tourist enterprises (lodging, tour operators and tourist transportation) lending their services. No changes in reservations will be accepted 15 workdays before the date of the trip.
Passenger Substitution - Lodgings and Organized Tours
The passenger who can not make the trip for personal or health reasons may be substituted by another person if and when this has been notified 15 workdays before the beginning of the trip.
4. ANNULMENTS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS: LODGINGS AND ORGANIZED TOURS
Cancellations and reimbursements:
All cancellations must be sent in writing including all pertinent information and will be attended within 24 hours by the operations’ office.
*If the cancellation is received up to 30 workdays prior to the passenger’s arrival, the deposit fee (minus a US $ 20 administrative fee) will be totally reimbursed in the same manner the pre-payment was made.
*If the cancellation is received between 29 and 16 workdays prior to the passenger’s arrival, the right will be reserved to retain half of the deposit (minus a US $ 20 administrative fee).
*No reimbursement will be made from 15 workdays prior to the trips’ date.
Group cancellations:
Group cancellations must be made 60 workdays prior to the group’s arrival.
The right to keep half of the deposit will be reserved between 59 and 31 workdays. No reimbursement will be made 30 or less days prior to the group’s arrival.
5. RATES
All rates are in US dollars and subject to change without previous notice. Rates are per person in double rooms unless different conditions are specified. Once the reservation is confirmed and the services are paid, prices are guaranteed.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
The Llachon - Santa Maria Association organizes for and on request of our passengers, planning transportation, lodgings or other required tourist services in their name, thus not being responsible for accidents, loss of personal objects, delays or interference with the tour due to acts of God or events that do not directly involve our responsibility, specially concerning programs and schedules lent by tourist intermediaries.
The Llachon - Santa Maria Association is not responsible for sickness, pregnancies or physical or mental impediments that might endanger the health or integrity of the passenger or third parties during the tour. No claims or reimbursement will be acknowledged for the aforementioned reasons.
We ask to be informed prior to contracting our services of any such limitations so that we may recommend specific services that contemplate existing impediments.

7. PASSENGERS’ ID
The Llachon - Santa Maria Association recommends passengers to present their duly up-dated IDs: correct names, up-dated passports, expiration date of personal documents, etc. in order to avoid problems upon arrival to their destination.
8. GENERALES RESERVATIONS
The acceptance of reservations by the Llachon- Santa Maria Association will be subject to the availability of transportation, lodgings and operators. The passenger will be notified through a final confirmation.
9. CONDITIONS OF CUSTOM TAILORED SERVICES
Private Service
This is a personalized service where, according to the number of passengers booked, all of the excursions and accompanying personnel may be in the language solicited (English, French, German, or another language).

Entrance fees specified in the programs are included, except when otherwise indicated.
